Kickboxing at Spallys
At Spallys, everything revolves around one thing: kickboxing. No jumble of sports, but full focus on this one discipline. We keep it approachable, so everyone feels welcome – whether you’re putting on gloves for the first time or have been training for years. At the same time, we work seriously on technique, because a good foundation makes all the difference. Heavybag
Full focus, high tempo. During heavybag training, you work on strength, conditioning and combinations – at your own pace, but with solid effort. Despite strength and conditioning exercises, the focus is also on technique. The pace and variety makes the workout challenging.
Technique
This is where you really learn. This training focuses on technique: attacking, defending, timing, posture and execution. Step by step, with clear explanations and an eye for detail. The basis on which you build. Sparring is also part of our technique training.
